This policy explains how the My Best Self service handles information when you request a free analysis or purchase a personalized report.
Information we collect
- The photo you choose to upload.
- Your analysis scores, recommendations and generated glow-up image.
- Your email address and payment status when you purchase through Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
- Basic service events used to understand whether analysis, checkout and report generation work correctly.
How we use it
We use this information to analyze your photo, create and deliver your report, process payment, prevent misuse, provide support and improve service reliability. We do not sell your personal information or post your photo publicly.
Service providers
Your information is processed by infrastructure and AI providers needed to operate the service, including Cloudflare, OpenAI and Stripe. Their handling of information is governed by their own contracts and privacy terms.
Photo and report retention
Your photo and report are stored privately so you can receive and revisit your purchase. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the transaction and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support@mybestselfai.com.
Adults only
This service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You must upload only a photo of yourself or a photo you have clear permission to use.
Security
Private report links use a secret access token. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable measures to protect stored photos, reports and transaction records.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your stored information by contacting support. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
